    TERMS & CONDITION

    • The channel partner shall have to be present with the client for its first visit and all its subsequent visit to sales office or sites and also final negotiations of the deal.
    • The channel partner shall market/advertise the project, in any form, based on the marketing material approved by the company with a prior written consent only. The consent will always be time bound and the content/marketing material shall always belong to VENUS and shall be owned under copyright act of India by VENUS.
    • It is mandatory to have a valid RERA certificate to be a channel partner of VENUS.
    • The channel partner is equally responsible for all the timely payments of the client.
    • The channel partner shall ensure that the customer executes and register’s the ATS as per the format provided by the Company/Promoter in accordance with the provisions of the RERA Act, 2016 and rules framed thereunder form time to time.
    • This is valid for current financial year only. Every financial year a new T & C/agreement will have to beexecuted between both parties.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    • Consulting Fee : 2% of the basic Cost shall be payable in total. Basic cost/price shall not include all other charges that are levied upon client.
    • GST :Shall be paid extra and over and above the fee, if the consultant pays the same to Govt.the proof of payment would have to be shared and timely returns if seen in govt portal than the amount of GST will be released. That means amount of GST will be paid by the consultant, returns filed first than only the amount will be reimbursed.
    • Payment Terms :The consulting fee shall be paid to the registered consultant within 60 days after receiving the physical, valid and acceptable invoice of the same.

    Channel partners are requested to raise the invoice as per following terms

    • For Under-construction Projects: Upon registration of Agreement to Sale (ATS) of the client (10% payment completion).
    • For Ready Possession Projects: Upon completion of Sale Deed of the client.
    • For Lease/Rent: Once all documents are executed, deposit exchanged and first rental is received
    • All payments to channel partners shall be made by account payee cheque after deduction of applicable taxes.The payments at all times will be subject to applicable policies, all Indian laws, various orders/regulations.
    • The company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or suspend the Terms and Conditions of this registration form. For further details please contact our Sales Head Office/Corporate Office.
